Ms Terry Fleming
Independent Financial Consultant
Terry currently works as an independent financial consultant and non-executive director. She holds a number of non-executive director positions and has also undertaken a number of assignments for a varied portfolio of companies. She was a director of the Irish Marine Institute for five years where she chaired the Audit Committee for two years. Terry previously spent twenty years as a corporate tax Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She gained extensive experience advising major Irish and multi-national corporates across a wide range of areas including international tax planning and mergers and acquisitions.
